For the Navy Challenge, the following special bid rules apply:
Ground units (inf and tnks) are NOT ALLOWED as part of the bid.
Other units costs are:
- subs cost 4 ipcs
- trns cost 5 ipcs
- aircraft carriers cost 8 ipcs
- battleships cost 8 ipcs
- ftrs cost 6 ipcs
- bmbs cost 8 ipcs
- AA guns cost 2 ipcs
- industrial complexes cost 8 ipcs
After the bid, all unit costs revert to standard
Other General Rules:
- no amphibious assault on UK on round 1
